Need By K.I. Lynn & N. Isabelle Blanco

Hey everyone, I hope everyone is having lovely spring weather and is able to enjoy a book with a pleeasnt breeze every now and then. Today I have a complicated tale of young love to share with you.

Need by K.I. Lynn & N. Isabelle Blanco

Brayden, Ryan and Kira had been best friends ever since Ryan and Kira became Braydens' neighbors. Brayden and Ryan had become fast friends doing things together such as building a tree house and having sleepovers. Ryan's little sister Kira was never far behind.

Kira was quick to claim Brayden as her friend too.

With three years diffrence in age between Kira and Brayden, Brayden always felt protective over his best friend who wore cat ears, his kitty.

However, as the three grew up emotions stirred and came to the forefront, complications came to life and life would never be as simple as it was when it just three kids hanging out.

I enjoyed this book. I felt for both Brayden and Kira but for entirely different reasons. Young love is complicated enough but then to acknowledge it and then have it ripped away before you even get to figure out how to handle what is being ignited is sad.

Getting Lucky Number 7 By Cindi Madsen

Hey everyone, I have a fun and fluffy read for you today!

Getting Lucky Number 7 by Cindi Madsen

Lyla Wilder found her self sitting in the middle of a couch on what was supposed to be a triple date. It had been two months since her break up with Miles. Her roommate coaxed her into it. Her night had been terrible and her supposed date had called her boring and fugly.

When she attempted to act like she had an incoming call her night turned into a nightmare.

Enough was enough, she stormed out and drove to her best friends place.

Beckett Davenport was a hockey player who preferred hookups to relationships.

He and Layla had become best friends when they were paired up in chemistry.

While they had weekly film nights Beck also felt protective and responsible for her. So when Layla showed up at his door crying and upset he sent his companion for the night home.

After spilling to Beck everything that happened she decided to create a College Bucket List and insisted that she needs his help.

He knew she was determined but he had no idea what he was in for.

I LOVED this book! The characters, the plot, etc. Everything flowed and held my interest. There was never a dull moment! The author just let the good times role!

Stealing Rose By Monica Murphy (Adults Only)

Hey everyone! Today I have a stunning read for you today!

Stealing Rose by Monica Murphy

The Fowler Sisters:

Lily is the oldest of the three the wild child who is brutally honest and will admit to not doing much to carry on the family legacy.

Violet is the middle sister the strong and silent type who is happily engaged to Ryder.

Rose is the baby sister who has always worked hard yet is overlooked when it comes to the family business.

One night at Cannes Film Festival their grandmother gives Rose a rare necklace that is a family heirloom, the Poppy necklace. Rose was in attendance to watch the premier of a documentary about her grandmother and how the start of Fleur Cosmetics came to be.

While she was getting ready she hears the voice of a man that looks respectable yet is a creep. She turns away but he grabs her by the elbow. He asks her if she is Rose Fowler, she confirms while trying to pull out of his grip.

Rose adamantly tells the creepy stranger to let her go when a man intervenes.

Caden Kingsley may have been her savior for the evening but he is far from being a saint. He is a professional thief and is there to grab the necklace for someone who is willing to pay him top dollar for it.

However, when he sees the wrong sister wearing the necklace things do not go as planned. The two make a short yet lasting impression with each other.

Imagine their surprise when fate steps in and Caden and Rose meet again.

Is Rose just part of another con or is she his diamond in the rough?

I REALLY enjoyed this book! I felt for both Rose and Caden. I felt for Rose because she worked hard and made sacrifices for the family business while her father seemed to overlook her work ethic and happiness. I felt for Caden which is rare since he is a thief and a liar. Lieing and thievery is something I do not have tolerance for. However, the fact that he had no real role model and responsibility was forced on him at such a young age pulled at my heart. I understand how life can tear us apart but his mother should have stepped up and acted like the mother that she is.

The Daring Assignment By Victoria Bright (Adults Only)

Hey everyone, I have a fast, fun, and easy read to share with you on this Madness Monday!

The Daring Assignment by Victoria Bright

Arianna Donatelli was born into wealth and status and with that comes expectations. For Arianna and her boyfriend Julius Parker, their relationship was nothing more than a business agreement between their families.

Arianna had been expected to follow in her mothers footsteps but she refused.

She set out to be a romance writer.

Her unsupportive parents saw her career choice as an embarrassment to the family. They gave her an ultimatum. To marry Julius or be disowned from the family completely.

Arianna was determined to write a bestseller even if it meant stepping out of her comfort zone.

What started out as a writing assignment from her literary agent turned into a reality check.

I REALLY enjoyed this book! I love an intelligent strong stand my ground female character.

Thoughtful By S.C. Stephens (Adults Only)

Hey everyone, the book I have to share with you is an emotional ride.

Thoughtful by S.C. Stephens

Kellan Kyle seems like just another rocker bad boy on the outside. Sure he is popular with the females and has frequent one night hookups. Inside he is an emotional wreck from years of emotional and physical abuse.

The one solid rock in his past, Denny.

Denny knows first hand what skeletons haunt Kellan. He was a foreign exchange student from Australia that stayed with Kellan and his parents for a year.

The two were as close as brothers.

One day Kellan gets a call from Denny informing him that he is coming back to Seattle. Kellan offers him his spare room. Before he accepts the offer he tells him his girlfriend Kiera will be with him.

Kellan is so excited to see Denny after so long ago and to meet the girl that makes his 'like' brother happy.

The night of their arrival he is onstage when he spots an attactive girl he cannot take his eyes off of.
Until, he spots Denny and puts two and two together.

He sees how the two love birds are with one another and realizes he would love to have that connection.

However, when Denny accepts a job offer everything starts to unravel for the couple and changes everything.

I liked this book. I enjoyed all the characters, except for Kiera. I felt that Kiera was playing both Denny and Kellan's hearts like a harp and was acting like a Yo-Yo. I do not want to go into too much detail as to why I feel this way. When I write reviews I try to avoid any and all spoilers. I will say this, I would read more from this author in the future.

HAPPY READING!!!
